During my visit to Portland, I had to visit one of my favorite parks with panoramic views of the landscape surrounding the city. At Council Crest Park you can view 4 different mountains on a clear day. Mount Hood is my favorite. Many days it looks as if the mountain is suspended in a sea of fluffy clouds.
